I booked an eon from this dealer couple of months back. I gave them INR 5000 against booking fee. Due to the discrepancies in their sales price, I wanted to withdraw that and submitted the necessary documents with letter. They, at first, refused to refund the money saying that this is the company's policy.I talked to the regional office and they said that INR 275 will be deducted from the amount and the rest will be refunded. I informed the showroom about this and they told us that it will take 2 weeks to process, which unofficially took almost 3 months. After that we've been informed that only INR 2000 will be refunded. And this is also according to company's clause. And they took almost 6 months to inform us about this.I also reported this incident to the regional office but no action had been taken. It's been 8 months now and still they did not refunded the money. And also I have been subjected to various harassment by the manager and the sales team. This is my last try for complaint to the authorities. If this does not work I will be forced to take legal actions against the fraudulent business practice and the harassment. Please take some actions to sort this out. I will be gratified and will be able to rethink of your company as a prestigious one again. Was this information helpful? |
