I have booked Hyundai Venue SX model on 05 Feb 2023 at Vantage Motors Hajipur, Bihar through Canteen Stores Department and paid Rs 5000. I have in touch with Mr Amar (Employee of Vantage Motors, Hajipur) and Mrs Amrita (Sales Man, Hajipur) and requested them to deliver the same on 27 Apr 23 and they have promised by them that the same will be delivered. On 24 Mar 23, Vantage Motors, Hijipur has issued my availability certificate that the vehicle is readily available with them, and accordingly I have uploaded the same on CSD Portal and CSD, Ramgarh has issued me Supply for the same. But when send the supply to Vantage Motors they have denied me to deliver the same and intimated me that vehicle has not available with them, even i came to know that my vehicle was not ordered despite token amount deposited by me. I am enclosing availability certificate for your necessary action. Vantage Motors has cheated me and when i contacted customer care Ms Gungun has connected me to Mr Shashi to help in this regard, but it is laughable that Mr has shown aggression and his behaviour was arrogant. As per my experience, his behaviour is not customer friendly. He should apology with the customer, and also send me reason that why the Vantage Motors has cheated with me. I ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT NO Complaint No. N[protected] IN THIS REGARD TO HYNDAI CUSTOMER CARE ON TOLL FREE NO BUT MORE THAN 48 HOUSRS ELASPED NO INTIMATION SEND BY HYNDAI MOTORS, IT IS A VERY AND HORRABLE FOR ME THAT HOW SUCH INTERNATIONAL BRAND MADE A FRAUD WITH ME.
