SECONDLY, AFTER 15000KM THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN REAR ROLL BAR (WHICH CONNECT REAR TYRE) THEY SAID THIS THING NOT CONSIDERED IN WARRANTY. AFTER TOO MUCH OF DEBAT THEY RESOLVE PROBLEM.
THIRDLY, AT 30000KM, POWER STREEING FAIL THEY SAID 24 MONTHS WARRANTY WAS OVER. STILL THEY RESOLVE AFTER MANY DEBATE.
LASTLY, AT 38000KM TODAY I WENT TO ARVIND HYUNDAI THEY TOLD ME THE CHARGE 5000/-, AFTER FEW HOURS THEY SAID BRAKE PAD & DISK BRAKE THY SAID YOU HAV TO PAY 10000/-, AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING YOU HAVE TO PAY 14000/- THERE IS MANY PROBLEM IN VEHICLE.
YOU THINK CUSTOMER IS FOOL & HAVE SO MUCH OF TIME TO SPEND IN YOUR WORKSHOP.FROM STARING WHEN I PURCAHSE THE THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN VEHICLE WHICH IS NOT RECTIFIED BUT THEY ONLY HAVE TO CHARGE FOR PROBLEM WITHOUT RESOLUTION. COMPANY & DEALERSHIP THINKS CUSTOMER PROBLEM IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR HIM ONLY RATING HIGH IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU. I ALSO BELONG FROM SAME SECTOR I KNOW EACH & EVRY POLICY REGARDING SALES & SERVICE. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT WHEN YOU NEED HIGH SALING THAN YOU ACHIEVE THE TARGET IN SALES & SERVICE. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY & RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AT HIGH PRIORITY OTHERWISE I'LL TAKE YOU TO THE CUSUMER COURT THAN DEFINATELY YOU HAVE REPLY.
