Mh12ld4528- today my car hyundai i-20- sports was not getting started as i predict my ingnition "self start"was not working and at that moment it was raining heavily out side. With me my wife was there and we were totally surprised by this situation.
From past 4 years i have been loyaly associated with sanjay hyundai hadapsar. I tried calling them there was no response, every year i buy insurance from sanjay hyundai and they charge me very good amount and insure me that i will get hyundai service from any where in india but i didn't get any support from then
In next step i tried calling hyundai emergency number, executive was busy in explaining me that my roadside service facility got expired. I have been totally shocked with call center executive response and time to taken time to provide me solution at this emergency situation.
Finally road side people pushed my car and am able to reach home.
Now my concern points are below:
- is hyundai only responsible to sale there car and provide support to customer only till warranty.
- why executive are not aware which service work station will support near by can provide road side services
- in certain situations do customer have to hold there phone for hour to just get call diverted to other call centre
I am highly disappointed with hyundai and sanjay hyundai this time. I have never expected such support provided.
Also let me know why i will refer anyone after this incidence.
Am very sure i have to take my car at hyundai workstation or rather give several call to get help from hyundai service station. Was this information helpful? |
