Dear Sir/ Madam,
My vehicle No- MH14, EP 8758, bought on Date 11-Dec-2014, from Kundan Motors, Thermax Chowk, Pune.
Today morning met with an accident with Hero Honda Splendor(2 Wheeler). Cuasing my bumper and fender damage.
I was shocked to see, not even a scratch on The 2 Wheeler, where as my vehicle was in bad shape. Attached snaps for your reference.
I would like to ask you below questions.
1. The Bumper mounting Flange/ Bracket is broken. The flange thickness is hardly 0.8mm. Do Hyundai Motors think that, this much strength is OK for a exterior Bumper?
2. Fender is mounted on top and only with 1 mounting hole in the bottom. Is it really sufficient for the Big Fender?
3. How the vehicle got tested, when your vehicle can't even hold the minimum load of a minor accident?
4. There is not cover to Coolant tank, if any vehicle hits directly to bumper then, your coolant will also get damage easily? Is this the real design.
It is really shocking to see the condition of the vehicle.. Though i know, i can claim the Insurance, but i dont want to it, unless your team visits and see the vehicle condition and solve my queries.
