I have a complain for hyundai verna 1.6sx crdi from Koushal hyundai, siliguri on[protected] bearing chassis number MALCU4IULDMI23452 AND ENGINE NUMBER D4FBDU293588 AND MFG YEAR 2013 IN THE name of R.k. Berlia. I am facing a problem with the Brakes. The problem is that my brakes are not working properly and let me explain with a instance. I was travelling to gangtok and the car speed was near about 60-70kmph the road was fine with one or two potholes and i had to apply sudden braking because of sudden appearance of a vehicle. The car was braking fine but as soon as the tyre entered a pot hole the car suddenly lost the brakes power and started to gain speed(for example 100% brakes came to 20% braking power) with a lot of sound from the bonnet i was nearly saved from death. I had been to the service center and had complained but they are saying that the brakes are fine and there was a rust so this happen .But as of me i am not satisfied that a new car and such a reputed company talks about rust and the same problem persist and i am facing a lot of danger driving a defective vehicle. Kindly give me a solution. or i will be forced to lodge a complaint with the law. Was this information helpful? |
