Hi, i have verna fluidic since last 5 years. I get it serviced through the authorized dealers kothari hyundai pune for all till now. I had given my vehicle in apr 2017 for servicing with certain problems noted in the job card. However one problem related to the suspension persist after the servicing. So i took the car back in may 2017to the service center for repair the suspension issue. The vehicle test drive was done and problem was identified and new part were fitted worth 16-17k to fix the problem. Still the problem persist during the next servicing in sept 2017. Still nothing was done for those problems but i was assured that the problem is resolved now. I took my car back to service center on oct, 15th 2017 and now i was told that i will have to get the steering rack and brake caliper changed again worth of 15k.
My complaint is if the problem is now identified, then what was the work done in may 2017 and charged me for wrong product fittings and services worth 16k. This is happening with me for long time now and i thought of raising a concern to get this resolved. However today also i do not have the assurance that the problem will be resolved.
I would like to understand what will be action taken on such kind of service centers. Was this information helpful? |
