Hyundai Motor India — i 10 DEFECTIVE PARTS AND POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir, Car details: I10, UK06V2157 ; Name: VP GuptaI have purchased I10 on 27th Feb 2012, since then I have done services / maintenance only with authorizedHyundai service center only. Now the Km reading is 22717Details of service record are as follows:Service Date Dealer Code Service Mileage Service Type Paid AmountFebruary 25, 2015 N[protected] PS 10457.75February 20, 2014 N[protected] PS 4872.86August 5, 2013 N[protected] PS 6806.7February 27, 2013 W[protected] FS 1578.94August 24, 2012 W[protected] FS 850.27April 26, 2012 W[protected] FS 0Apart from that 2 more visit have been done for abrupt breakdown.Since beginning this car gives a miss on start up at least 2 to 3 times, a poor pickup & low mileage andthe same is been notified to the service engineer all the time. And every time some cosmetic make over isdone and the car is returned to me stating no problem is there and no adverse thing is being found. To my wildexpectation (as I have mentioned in my previous email also after the expiry of warranty period) when Ivisited yesterday for service and the same problem, it is been intimated to me by the service engineer thatCatalytic Converter is choked which costs Rs 20, 000 though it is out of warranty now.As a lay man how and why this happens i do not know. After I have done some brief research it is being found outthat Catalytic Converter have a life cycle of 100, 000 Km to 150000 Km but in my case it is worn out only at 22717kms.How it is possible and why should i have been penalized for that. Is it not the duty of Hyunadi to take care of such incidents? i have lost faith in Hyundaiservice now.Is this the company policy to keep the loyal customers in dark till the warranty is over and charge them for thesame heavily?
