I have been in touch with south delhi workshop in okhla and they sent their mechanic at my place regarding ignition problem but the problem could not be rectified. I was asked to bring the vehicle to their workshop in okhla and my son took the vehicle to okhla workshop in aug/sep 2017 as there was some software problem. The vehicle was in the workshop the whole of the day and we were handed over the vehicle after complete satisfaction of okhla workshop customer care service. Last week again, there was ignition problem when my son and daughter had gone out for urgent mission and there again the vehicle did not start. My son got in touch with mr arun kumar (Cell :[protected] and through toll number some mechanic came and confirmed that the ignition switch was faulty.
Now, again i am being asked to bring the vehicle to okhla workshop which is far off from my place and i am really in put to inconvenience. You are requested look into the matter regarding replacement of ignition switch at the earliest.
For your kind information, i am posted out of delhi and my family members need the vehicle every day and it is really impossible to take the vehicle. Should i take it for granted that the mechanic attending to my vehicle is 'incompetent' and not able to solve the problem. Your urgent attention is requested.
