Given that I have purchased the Grand i10 model (variant : Magna) from one of your eastern region distributor : SAINI HYUNDAI, I regret to state that I am not satisfied with their after sales service. In this respect I would like to give u an example of their in-efficiency and callousness. I was recently informed by distributor front desk that SMART CARD has arrived from motor vehicles authority and I can collect the same from their office. I had confirmed that their office would remain open till 8PM in the evening. However when I reached their office at 7:15 PM I was told to my surprise by one of their sales person Sandip Shaw that the front desk is closed out for the day. Adding to my surprise the contact person Mr Shaw with whom I have been interacting during the sale /purchase of my car was not having any information in this regard. I felt that although people were working on the same office there were lack of any synchronisation. The people on the front desk were more intent on asking what rating I had given to them. Also from their behaviour I felt that since I have purchased a car from Hyundai valuing only 5'15 lkhs I do not have any value as a customer. This feeling is all the more disheartening as I had thought that HYUNDAI values its customers on the same scale. Infact my experience with one of your close competitors had been very satisfying (Maruti to name them) over a tenure of almost 15 long years and I was expecting something similar.
However I am feeling quite let down and I feel Hyundai should closely monitor its distributors. Another impression which I got from SAINI was that their personnel was only pro-active before selling the car, but once the amount was dispensed they do not value their customers. Please consider my experience and I hope to have a better experience next time.
