Hi sir, i ganapathy from bangalore was travelling from blore to hyderabad with my family in santro automatic car on 1 st october 2017, due to breakdown i left the vehicle near kurnool kun hundai service centre to identify and fix the problem with gearbox. The problem was that car after starting and putting into gear it was not running and in reverse gear it runs. This problem was not rectified by kun services centre. Instead they asked me to take the vehicle to hyderabad or bangalore as they dont know the exact problem and sofar they didnt done any automatic gearbox problem. Before telling this they had changed driveshaft citing the problem and charged for it arround 8000/-. For me towing vehicle from breakddown point to kun service centre and from kun ser cen to bangalore it costed me 6000/- and 18000/-. So totally 32000/-expences has been done. Now who will bear this. Still my vehicle problem is not solved. My veh reg no ka 01 mb 2707. D0ne 83000 kms fully serviced in showroom. They had kept the vehicle for 15 days before handing over to me by towing from kurnool to bangalore. My say on the company is that why they say there is 24*7 roadside assistance and wide spread network of service centre across the country. Was this information helpful? | |||
