[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — lack of commitment by the panchavati hyundai showroom in nashik

i m a proud owner of hyundai i 20 asta petrol which i purchased from the panchavati hyundai showroom of nashik.official sales consultant of the showroom was Mr Rizwan. Showroom had promised its customers free gold coin worth Rs 3000 . But since one year, i have not been given the gold coin. my frequent calls regarding the same have been answered with a promise that it is in process and will be given soon. i feel disappointed that the commitment given by the showroom has not been fulfilled. I request you to look in to the matter and let customers know the reality behind the same so that we dont feel cheated by you. hoping for justice.
