I purchased this vehicle because I was loyal customer of Hyundai and owing three cars of Hyundai brand in my family. But this time its a blunder for me that i had purchased this
vehicle. From the day one I bought and presently run 7200 kms, I had top up the engine
oil thrice from Hyundai Service Station - Harsh Hyundai, Indore which is unable to
understand by my side when it came to know about Engine default from service station. And as we can say that its a manufacturing matter.
I am in continues touch with the Company Service Station. My said vehicle is presently
with them from last two week i.e from 03.06.2015
Apart from Engine oil problem, while driving my said car theres always a single shot/sparking sound comes from silencer due to some vaccum and my car get slower for a fraction of second and get back to the speed. This i feel from last 2-3 months after I
start my car and run for 4-5 kms.
What I understand from the oil consumption issue (where no physical leakage is detected) as discussed with Harsh Hyundai, Indore Service Center is "Oil is found in one of the valve out of four and plug of that valve is sparking again n again as vehicle runs resulting negative effects on piston and crank shaft. This is what i simply understand without open up of my car engine. The problem may be more dense when engine will get open.
Now, what i feel is that engine of my car is not in that shape as needed to run the car smoothly with the said issue. I am also sure that after opening of my car engine, the reassembling will not be as provided by the Company from it's Manufacturing plant.
Company is not responding my complaint and issues from last 15 days. Their attitute is just negative and neglecting. I have purchased the said car from my hard earned money. It is my dream car. Dream car of middle class family. This is my first new car and I have not even enjoyed it from very first day.
Now help me to put my issues to right people in Hyundai as it is very tough to contact Hyundai people as they are having very compact arrangement where general customer cant put his voice directly and effectively.
Its a total case of Manufacturing fault and now I want my dream car to get changed.
Please help me out in the matter.

This is pandu from hyderabad, i purchased a new car on thursday elite -i20 car in bharath hyundai at gowlidoddi show room in hyderabad.
Without quality check cars are selling.this is my problem please listen.i believe alot hyundai company but oath is gone
driving: showroom to my home .there are 8 major important issues .
1.overheated in interior.
2.a/c is not working
3. Coolant oil is not there
4.engine is overheated
5.dangour signals
6.distilled water is not there.
7.wireless charger is not working.
8.there is more pollution from silencer -carbondioxide
This happened within 12 hours time period.during driving along my family morning 8:00 am -6:00pm on the road. No response from your end.whole family is struggled because of your company car without quality check cars are selling
I need a new car (elite i-20) or refund the money.they committed child part replacement part and instead of that entire engine assembling but i need entire vehicle replacement.
I go for new car if i-20 car not available, if any difference amount is there that i will pay.otherwise same new elite i-20 car provide.i dont need any other argue.
If that vehicle is also any same situation ready to refund the money or provide the new car
Please dont sell this manufacture deffect vehicles any body in the market.
There is no explanation about car parts about engine interior and exterior in the show room.
I have some proofs i am attaching here please look in to once.they have taken a car with towing yesterday 8:00 pm
