Hyundai Motor India — mileage not anywhere near hte mileage mentioned by the company

sir, Im Anil Nair from Thiruvananthapuram Kerala. i own a Hyundai Grandi10 Sportz Petrol car(Black Colour) The Registration number is KL-01-BN-4723. its more than 1 year since i purchased the car. at the time of purchase i was told that the car would get a mileage of around 19km/ltr. but the problem is that im not even getting 10km /ltr.
