I have already made a complaint regarding lpg and over charge by company and i recived a call that an lpg kit will be provided to me costing 42000rs my car is2012'model but i was mislead that i am a loyal customer due to which the new kit worth as mentioned above will be dispatched and when this kit reached arise hundai srinagar i was surprised to see a dusty old kit packed in an attractive box i just ignored to installation of same as it was old and no one guaranteed to it when i called agains company on this number[protected] they assured me to open the complaint and i am requesting them to look into the matter and respond on and off till date after my reminder several times as i have recorded all conversations with them no action was taken against the misleading people working in the system which is creating bad image of company this is my reheated mobile number [protected] plz see to the matter and take actions on priority thanx Was this information helpful? |
