1. I am Stranded without my car AP 09 CF 2573 which is getting regular PROBLEMS. Presently it is in Garrage for the past 20 days with engine problem. I have taken delivery of my car on August 3rd 2011. Till now there are more than 5 episodes of my car getting stranded in garrage for more than an average of 7 days. I can say atleast 3 out of 5 such episodes would have been answered had proper service been done to my vehicle during the valuable warranty period.
2. Now that warranty period and extended warranty has been expired, any problem which I am facing is a result of `MY FATE`, ` WEAR AND TEAR.` Some problems which occurred to my car are unprecedented and very rare. I was never offered a loaner vehicle nor did I get any reassurances till I call or e.mail the Hyundai Customer care. Though I am DISPLEASED WITH THEIR REASSURANCES TOO, which did not solve the problem.
3. My patience and good will has expired and I am thoroughly upset with Hyundai Motor India Limited.
