I have changed the clutch plate on 19th june 2017 but in less than 3 months it has again gone faulty. Now kothari hyundai service centre wants to change it again and asks me to bear all the cost. Is this justified that in less than 3 months something that is replaced frm authorized service center is of such a poor quality? First clutch plate ran for 9+ years and 34000 kms and this one is faulty in 5000 kms.
Need your suggestion on how to take this matter with higher authorities or is there any legal process that can b initiated against them if not they will keep on looting people without any fear of poor quality of service Was this information helpful? |
