Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Rohit Deepak Bongale, one of the loyal cum Dissatisfied customers of Hyundai Motors. I purchased New Hyundai Eon Magna + car from extended branch of Kanase Hyundai at Karad on 31-Dec-2014 and got the possession of the vehicle on 7th-Jan-2015.
I had been assured of giving free accessories along with vehicle. The accessories include 1. Body Cover 2. Leather Seat Cover (cream+black colour) 3. Leather Steering Cover 4. Mud flap 5. Ganpati 6. Vehicle Freshnar 7. Mattin.
For the above accessories I strongly followed up with around 10 visits to karad showroom and 100+ calls to Mr. Sandeep Bavdhankar, Executive Kanase Hyundai, Karad, but till date I have not received any of the pre-fixed free accessories. Pl note that the service of Kanase Hyundai is very worst and frivolous and I am suffering a lot out of this.
This is to bring to your notice that If I don't get all of the accessories fitted in my New Eon Magna + by 5th-Feb-2015, evening, I may get the help of Consumer Forum for further assistance in the matter. Your valuable response is expected along with accessories within above given time.
