I have paid rs.100, 000/- (One lakh) on 26th june. 2017 while booking of hyundai car i20 active with m/s. Ritu hyundai kongao kalyan thane, towards down payment as per booking norms, the balance amount was to arrange by the dealer through their financiers. On 27th june 2017 i am informed that the finance is not available due to some problem in sibil, so i have cancelled the purchase order and requested to the said dealer refund the down payment given to them as early as possible. And on their request i have given my bank a/c details to them, but now around more than 2 and half months over i am not paid the down payment. So i have contacted your customer service cell by phone and gave the above details and the asked me to contact ms latha poojari ccm of ritu hyundai, and same day i received a call from ms lata poojari to meet her, so went their office and she informed me that they will deduct rs. 10, 000/- from the down payment given to them for cancellation charges and penalty. So i am not agree with their point of deduction, and now i request you please intervene the matter and help me to get my payment as early as possible, and please don't push me to go for leagal battle with hyundai as i a customer of hyundai motors for the last 15 yrs. And also i am planning to buy your premium vehicle creata after getting the fund from my property sale.
So kindly instruct the dealer to give my payment of rs. 100000/- without any further delay, otherwise i have to approach the consumer forum to get me justice.
