Hyundai Motor India — Not delivery of car

I have booked a car Verna Fludic 4S on dated 2/06/15 in the name of Vinod Kumar Jain. They have said that they will deliverd on 8/06/15 but they fail on there commitment again they have taken time that they will deliverd on 15/06/15 but again they fail, what should i do on that case.. please reply...
