Hyundai Motor India — not provide the genuine warranty service for my car

Dear team,
My name is kallesha br, i have my own car hyundai xcent ka:18 c :0023 this when i bought 2016 sales person informed me 24 months warranty or 100000 kms warranty will cover, i maintained my car time to time service and everthying with genuine hyundai service center only but now there is problem in my car i visited the service in bangalore mahadevpura service center they are not accepting to repair or replace the under warranty service, i ill escalate thi to some higher level, please do the needful asap.
