Actually i had purchased i 10 era model from planet hyundai and since last 8 yeras i had been servicing their but i m quite dissatisfied by service actually i hv noise problem when my car shows odometer 92000/ they had changed baring but when i had received car i told that noise problem is not resolve but executive had given false argument that its due to ur wheel and with barng other thing they charged 22000/ ok then after 3 months when i had given in service same problem i had put they had told to change baring i argued but they couldn't give me satisfactory answer bill was with other thing 12000/ ok when i receive car i had told that i do not want any noise but when i take trial i told that noise was their they couldn't explain me even when they had called me for rating their service i had not rated but they had told me to come and to show i m business man i donot have such time to go and every now and then i m sorry but the performance of planet hyundai sola branch is very poor i m quite disappointed with service in future i would never purchase hyundai car as my problem does not resolve japan joshi [protected] ahmedabad Was this information helpful? |
