My name is Susheel Khera, I drive 120 No DL10CD 5874. I was visiting Rishikesh along with my family members. On 14th August 2022, my car breakdown while climbing hills at Neer Water Falls and I have push the car with the help my family members and other available nearby.
I contacted Ajay Motors (Hyundai Dealer) at Rishi Kesh who in turn gave me toll free No [protected] to contact for road side assistance. I was asked to pay Rs. 2059/- which I paid through debit card on the link sent and I received acknowledgement also for having received the amount. I had requested for towing the car to the Hyundai dealer for the repairs. I also gave three mobile Nos to contact me when the service provider comes to tow the car. but no one contacted me till 12 noon on 15th.
Some how, the car started and with a help of Driver form the resorts I could bring the car to Highway for which he charged heavy amount from me and slowly drove to my home in Delhi. It took me more than 9 hours to drive the car back to Delhi taking a risk of my entire family.
Today In talked to toll free No again and before I could ask anything they said we have already initiated the refund of fee charged and I will receive the same in four working days.
Is the service provided by the Road Side Department of your Company? you are aware that driving a car which is breakdown on the road side for 300km has given me lot of tension and to my family members.
I have using Hyundai cars since 2006. This car is my second car of Hyundai. Not only me my other family members are also using Hyundai cars.
I am afraid that I may not buy Hyundai car again as my car is now due for a change.
