Respected sir/madam;
This is amrit puggal. I am owner of grand i10 pb05aj1869. I have purchased above mentioned car on january 2018 from brar hyundai jalalabad punjab and the total no. Of km driven on this car 60000 aprox and my car has already got its engine seized after 10 day of 6th service at your service centre berkley hyundai panchkula. As per as fifth service is concerned i never got it done i missed out of fifth service done sixth service done directly from your service centre after 20000 km on my car.
When i tried to reach the respective service station berkley hyundai panchkula i have not recieved an appropriate response/solution from there. And the gm (Mr manjeet singh) of this respective established service centre is not helping for any kind of solution while my car is in guarntee. On the other hand he is harrasing us with calls to take back the car from service station.
As being a driver in chandigarh in ola uber cab i have lot of people in my conection who uses or look frowarded to buy a new car and as i[censored] not bieng provided a solution i would make sure none of my contact get a sound feedback from my end and i have already booked another hyundai xcent car from brar hyundai faridkot for personal use will be cancelling booking as well.
If i am not being provided a solution i will make sure that i file a official complaint against your staff and the company in the cansumer court.
