Dear sir,
I undersigned purchased a car hyundai xcent (Petrol version) on dated 29/09/2017 from your authorized dealer namely samudra hyundai, meerut (U. P).
The engine of the above said vehicle is causing huge unbareable noise since the day of purchasing and the undersigned promptly made a telephonic complaint bearing no 1-[protected] to the hyundai customer care services on dated 05/10/2017 thereafter undersigned received a call from the dealer who stated the car is to be sent to workshop then undersigned asked the reason why a new brand car is to be sent to workshop in order to remove the fault and proper probing although the vehicle reflects manufacturing defect due to this reason undersigned demanded replacement of the above the said car.
The undersigned did not receive a suitable reply from your company as the hard earned money of the undersigned went in vain and it also degrade the reputation of hyundai motors a well known global company as the grievances of the undersigned are still alive, purchasing a hyundai car has become baneful and painful to the undersigned
