I gave my I20 sports car No AS 01 MA 2986 for paid service at Capital Hyundai, Sector 63, Noida on 02.06.15. The car was not having any major problem. I gave it for periodic regular service. I mentioned few minor repair / adjustments to be done. They prepared a job card in which few jobs were listed. I got number of calls from 4 PM onwards that my car is ready. But when I reached there I found that my car not even clean. What to say of car even the windshield was not clean. The boys had already left the workshop hence I had to take as it is. They charged my for several things which I did not ask such as Body wax cleaner, liquid cleaner, chrome cleaner, liquid windshield wash etc and still the car was not cleaned. It is sure that they have not used all these cleaners and have simply charged me for the same.
The Auto AC of my car is also not functioning properly (it does not turn to 'air recirculation' mode on switching on) but they could not correct it. The central lock does not get locked automatically after attaining certain speed that also they could not correct.
They sent me a message that the gear box oil seal is leaking and asked for repair worth Rs. 5500/- which I vehemently denies as there was not a single oil spot in my garage. Then they agreed and said ‘it is not leaking but there is seepage’.
From the above it is clear that M/s Capital Hyundai, Sector 63, Noida is trying to extort extra money from the customers for several jobs which are not required and also charging for the things which have not been done.
They are allotting one advisor to each customer who is a commission agent. His commission depends on how much he can charge from the customer for the jobs which are not required.
You are requested to take immediate action against the such workshop which is ruining the name and reputation of Hyundai.
