My name is Souvik Biswas. I am associated with Hyundai for the past 8 years and this is my 2nd car from you guys. I am presently driving i20 Crdi(WB26K 6464) purchased in 2010 from Mukesh hyundai, Kolkata. last month i was having an issue where the Airbag light was ON while driving and RPM was fluctuating randomly. I gave it to the service centre of Mukesh Hyundai. They charged me 15, 000 as per the Invoice # B[protected]Dated: 24th June. With that they changed the wiper arm, fog light & headlight. However, the wiper blade came out, fog light didnt work, neither the headlight. Now these are not the Major concern. The Airbag light is back ON again and also the RPM issue is persistent. When i call the service advisor, he apologised & promised that he will arrange for a pick up for my car and get it rechecked.I waited for the same but no one actually bothered to get my car picked up. Finally on 14th July i gave the car to the service centre myself. They are still unable to find the problem on my car & solve it. This is the worst service I am getting from Hyundai. I am also unable to understand that the amount that I paid to hyundai was a complete loss. Today I have no option but to approach the Cunsumer forum & also teake legal help for this harrasment.
