Sir,
Last week on the way to my home my car (Grand i10 asta) dash board display engine warning signal and after some time it will vanish. The next day am check my car in hyundai service center and know that the ecm part damaged and it will controlled most functions of the car. It will cost around rs 26, 000.
My car is run only 10400 km and 4 year old. Service are done by authorised hyundai dealers and used genuine parts. The service person told that it is a manufacturing complaint of the part. Am participated four 90 points checkup. Why you should not find such a serious problem in that checkup.
Then why i suffer the total amount of the part. It is hyundai's responsibility to replace the ecm chip.
Hyundai says that all parts are checked and quality test passed. Then how it happens only 10400 km, 4 year old car important part like ecm chip became damaged. Hml is making fake or low quality products to such cars?
My question is how a customer believe your product.in my family there is 4 grand i 10 buy with my reference. If they ask about this problem what answer i will give to them. 'buying a grand i10 car worth 6 lakh is like digging on my grave'. So hmil please give a satisfied answer and kindly replace my grand i10 damage ecm part with free of cost. I am waiting for reply.
