Hyundai Motor India — QUALITY RELATED COMPLAINTS IN HUNDAI I10

Dear Sir, It is very sorry to state that the quality and performance of the hundai i10 purchased in Jul 2010 is not upto mark as committed during purchasing of the same. My car registration No. is UP 14 BC 4613 which has run only 13000 km so far and single handled. Now this car is started giving problem. The clutch plate has gone even within 5 years. Normally this car is run on an average 100-200 km per month and maintained very carefully. I have shown this car to your authorised service centre i.e. TRIDENT Seshadripuram, Bangalore they are charging Rs 15000/ to repair the same. if the quality of hundai car is so poor which it can not sustain good performance even within 5 years really it is not recommended to purchase HUNDAI CAR. Secondly the after sale service the items are also so costly the customer should move towards Maruti car. Please justify if I am wrong.
