I have purchased a new hyundai grand i10 car on 12.07.2014 from
fairdeal hyundai, ranchi, jharkhand.
On 12.07.2015 i have visited fairdeal hyundai ranchi for second free
service where i came to know from dealer that a 2nd free service
record already exist for my car in online system whose details is
written below-
R/O No :- R[protected]
R/O Dt. :- 25/04/2015
Mileage :- 11516
Dealer :- N2208
Sir i have never get my car serviced as per above record and details.
My car's mileage on 12.07.2015 is 2415 km. I have availed my 2nd free
service yesterday (12.07.2015) at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi. I am
enclosing herewith repair order, bill copy and free service coupon of
2nd free service which is done at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi.
I request you to correct my car, s service record in online system at
the earliest and inform us.
Today i have been harassed at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi by service advisor for that wrong
entry of service record done by your dealer N2208 and i have to wait
for 3 extra hours to get my car delivered with mannual bill.
I request you not to harass any customer in such a manner in future. I
hope my issue will be resolved very soon at your end.
