I have bought a hyundai elantra on september 30th, 2017 and on that day while. Taking the delivery there was some texture difference at the bumper the salesperson assured me of getting the work done on the next working day that was supposed to be on tuesday, but the salesperson had his excuses and vehicle was taken on wednesday and brought back the same day but the problem dint subside totally, seeking which i had to compain to the main office and then on 6th october, 2017 the car was taken back for the service and i was assured that it wouldn't take more than few hours as the problem was minor and the vehicle will be delivered in the evening but then the sales person has been for different reasons delaying the process and i received the vehicle on 7th october at 10:15 pm. To my surprise there was a scratch on the bumper now and they had tried to cover it with buffing and bluff the customer. If hyundai isn't able to deal in premium segment then it's better you can discontinue it. Pls anyone reading it if anytime your thinking of buying elantra never do or couple check it.
