Hyundai Motor India — Regarding starting problem of i20 elite

I brought i20 elite magna on 09.03.2015 from Gurukirpa Hundai patiala Punjab. After somedays, car started giving starting problems. Whenever I start the car, it. Breathes 2-3 times and stops. After trying 4-5 times, the car starts. I Checked the car at the Hundai service centre. They told that same problem persists with over consumers and tihey are unable to detect the same. Kindly do the needful and instruct the concerned person to resolve the problem. Kindly tell me the email id so that I can send the video showing the problem in the car during starting.
