Hyundai Motor India — Regarding Unfare Dealing with Dream Hyundai

I have purchased my car from Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh by paying whole amount on dt 07/10/2013but on my paper they mention financed by Kotak Mahindra Bank. When I approach to dream Hyundai they mention by paying 1000 Rs we will provide you noc from kotak mahindra bank. After many time follow up and visit to dream hyundai i am struggling for noc.My residence is in chandigarh but for this purpose I have many time visit to dream hyundai. But finally I am not getting any answer then writing to you. My dealing person is Mr Basant (Finance) and Mr Rahul (Sales). Please suggest how I can deal that type o[censored]nfair person.
