I purchased an eon car (Mala251alfm425858) on 11 december 2015 from kosmo hyundai ahuja automobiles batala road, amritsar.in december 2015 offers on hyundai cars were going on. I did cash payment of 345000 rupees according to that offer which was included (Insurance, registration certificate) on road charges as well. I had been given insurance documents on same day but your dealer asked me to get registration certificate after 3 days from his office. I went to get registration certificate after three days but he told me to come back another day because r. C is not ready yet. I kept going to his office and he kept to evade. Unfortunately after few days when i went again that office was closed permanently. Since that time i have been trying to contact in head office and regional office. But i haven’t found it very helpful. I almost ring every day to head office and get a same reply (You will contacted after 48 days) but no one got back to me so far. I feel like i just bought this car as a showpiece because without registration i am unable to use this car. I am getting harassed and in deep stress by such a well reputed company like hyundai and greatly shocked and disappointed with customer service i would appreciate it if you could organise and provide me registration certificate. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however matter is not resolved i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through consumer court.
