DELIVERED to me on 14 march 2022 By DEE HYUNDAI Allhabad with all the registration related papers the told me that as it is issued by GEM portal so registration should be done by you and i found it very difficult in March month .many time i tried to pay the fee but But the RTO SITE got hanged And fail to registerd. This is big problem which dealer imposed on me now the penalty has also been imposed. This is only because of dealers service failur . I request you to take appropriate action and refund the penalty.also help to get it registered. Sushil.[protected]@licindia.com
