Hyundai Motor India — repair of car no jk02ar-8457

Address: Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir

car was sent to Crest Hyundai jammu for repairs on 26.12.2014 but till today nothing done.On enquiring the floor manager and CRM people say that they are not having spare parts ie shockers of front side.It is very sad that they are not able to arrange the shockers etc for about one month.Kindly do the needful as I am feeling handicapped without my vehicle.
