Sir, i bought my hyundai Venue on 08 Sep 22 from Harsh Hyundai Rewari. This is my first Hyundai car having registration no. HR26 EW 5238 . Unfortunately on 9 Sep 22, the car met with an accident, A bull suddenly came in front of the car and got collided (photo attached). The damage was quite heavy and it requires replacement of parts, rubbing and painting. The interior of the car is intact except the airbags which were operated during collision. On 10 Sep 22, i handed over the vehicle to Triumph Hyundai Bodyshop at Manesar Gurgaon. After all the paperwork and insurance formalities they told me that within 1 month they will return the vehicle fully repaired.
But, its almost 2 months completed and i haven't received my car till date. Whenever i called them and asked for the status of my car, they always gave excuse that they had placed the demand but not getting parts due to shortage, this is unbelievable. And moreover the interior of my car gets ruined in 2 months, the seats are filled with dirt and black patches can be seen everywhere inside the cabin. Even, rubbing of the vehicle has not been done properly.
I request Hyundai Motor India to look into the matter and take necessary action against the bodyshop and get my vehicle repaired to the customer satisfaction and deliver as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
