Respected sir/ madam, I am umesh sejkar s/o kamal sejkar, an indian habitant and resident of subhash chandra bose ward, harda, dist: harda (M. P). That i have purchased a new hyndai grand i10 car whose details are mentioned as under- Name of dealership : surjeet auto pvt. Ltd, bhopal (M. P) Purchase date:- 20/10/2016. Invoice no. Vs/487. Model:- grand i10 sportz 1.2. Chassis no. :- mala851clgm430971*c Enigine no. :- g4lagm984897 Vehical type:- 4 wheeler Colour:- star dust. Key no.:- p0411 Horse power:- 83 Registration no. :- mp-47-ca-2630. Car delivered from:- harda showroom. Amount paid:- 5, 89, 364/- (Five lacs eighty nine thousand three hundred sixty four only) That i have enquired and purchased the above mentioned car from mr. Suresh vidhani one of the sales manager looking the business of the above mentioned dealership in harda district of madhya pradesh. That during the entire sales process beginning from the enquiry and till the delivery of the above mentioned car everything went on well and we were dealt very politely by the mr. Suresh vidhani, but within a month of the delivery of the above mentioned car we have found that the air conditioning unit of the car is not working properly for which we have complained to the respective sales manager but being the unavailability of the authorized service center of hyundai cars in harda (M. P), i was always said that there is no problem with the car and every thing was working fine but we were unsatisfied with the statements of the sales manager. But at the time on 31/03/2017 when my car required the regular service check i visited the ci hyndai workshop in bhopal (M. P) and during the service of the car the service technician found that the a. C units is having a dent and is damaged due to which the ac unit is not working properly and it is kind of manufacturer defact of the car. I came back home and again visited to mr. Suresh vidhani and discussed about the issue and he than agreed that yes there is an issue with the ac unit of the car. Therefore i requested him to resolve the issue as my car is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. But he clearly refused to do so and asked me to make an insurance claim. I refused him to making any insurance claim as neither my car is accidental nor had any damage to go for the claim process. And finally i got a verdict from him that he will not under any condition deal with issue of ac unit. Now sir, in the 11 month of the purchase of my car the ac unit is totally dead and not functioning at all and i am feeling cheated by the dealership after the sale of the car as i am not getting any kind of after sales support from sales as well as the service department of the dealership. Today hope heartedly i am mailing you to kindly manage to direct me to the solution of the above mentioned problem of my car as its nearly going to be year that i am driving my car with a problem in it and feeling cheated by the dealership and the company.
