Hyundai Motor India — Service Issue of creta

My self Amrit Bhabasagar of At-Sambalpur, Dist-Sambalpur, Pin-768001, Orissa. I purchsaed Creta SX having Vehicle no OR15R3017.
I had given my vehicle for repair due to vehicle issue, by claiming the insurance, but one of my part broke at the mean time of repair by them, they told me that this part is not present with us, we will inform you and solve the issue dine 7 months
Today on Dt:15.04.2022 i again came for service and told to the service manager, but he is not responding.
It's my humble request you to kindly solve the issue and take this issue as a serious note .
