It is highly regretted to report about the irresponsibility and poor service at S S HYUNDAI, Mavelikara. I unfortunately purchased one EON car from M/s. S.S.Hyundai, Mavelikara on 3rd February 2014 and gone for its 2nd service at S.S.Hyundai, Mavelikara only because my car having some problem with air-conditioning and centrelocking system. On its 1st service itself I was not satisfied with their service and decided to not approach them. Being I have few complaints on my car and other your service provider suggest me better to go where I took delivery. Only because of that I approached them after getting prior booking before 2 days. I have handed over the car before 9 AM but they promised to deliver it only at 2 PM, which I agreed. Nobody turn to my car since 10-30 AM and they informed me that spares for repair was not available with them. Being I am staying at Thevalakara which is far away from Mavelikara I forced to take back my Car with out service.
Please note that the undersigned have 40 years of experience in Automobile field.
Kindly look in to the matter seriously and reply.
