I appreciate your mail after my requested from you.
But surprised after seeing your mail on the process & the estimate given.
Since Your team had intimated that the cost will be around 15, 000 & the below process are not explained still I asked in writing.
I like to know whether the cost will shoot again during delivery & warranty period on the service done below.
We had never experienced this kind of bad service to the customer from any other agent expect from Chandra Hundai. This is second time where the service is very bad.
Need the final estimate & the warranty through mail to take it forward.

Dear Sir,
Herewith we have attached the estimation for your Hyundai i10.
-- Coolant oil level was very low while received the vehicle
-- After filled the coolant oil we have checked the Radiator Fan cut off. Even after, the Engine coolant temperature got continuously raised.
-- Coolant System flushed & found same problem occurred.
-- So that we have replaced the thermostat Valve. Again the temperature level was same.
-- We have removed the Radiator assembly separately & cleaned as per Hyundai reverse flushing method, but problem still persist.
-- On next step we have done compression pressure test and found a problem in 2nd & 3rd cylinder. The pressure in that getting low as per the standard value due to problem with Cylinder Head Gasket.
After diagnose the complete cooling system, we have found a problem in cylinder head. It's need to be repaired & the estimation for the same is attached.
