Address: Gurgaon, Haryana |
I am a resident of gurgaon and owning a Hyundai i20 asta model(Reg. No. UP85 X 7321) which i purchased in 2010.
The car has been running fine since then.
But yesterday when i was going to office and i unlocked my car, i was surprized to see something.
I saw that whole of the floor of my car was filled up with water.
Although it rained heavily the night before but i thought that these machines are well equipped to meet such kind of challenges.
I have never seen such thing happening before as i belong basically to dehradun, and the rainpour there is much higher than at gurgaon.
I am having one maruti swift there and one hyundai i10.
After tbis incidence i feel cheated to have bought this car.
If such has happened with the top variant of i20, then i am afraid what would be security level in this vehicle in future.
I have given the vehicle to one of your dealers in gurgaon M/S ORION HYUNDAI situated near sector 14, gurgaon to get the water out and dry the mats for which they have given me an estimate of 2500 rs and told me to take it back after 3 days.
Prior this happening to me i was a big fan of hyundai vehicles, But after this experience, where the top model of one of your most selling vehicle has no safety against heavy downpour, i would never suggest anyone to buy a hyundai car.
Really pissed of by the quality and the incidence. Was this information helpful? |
