Hyundai Motor India — too much poor service by binay automotives llp | |||
I am customer and financer (Being banker) of hyundai has grand i10 no. Br06az8390 went to binay automotives at papraur begusarai for 2nd service approx a month ago. The car has issue related to water depositing on floor which is explained to service manager as well as mr. Dharmveer who was handling the service. They called after some days to check and resolve if issue remains.. I followed the same. Last 10 days my car is at service centre.. Call mr. Nishant, owner and explained the issue. He took mr. Dharmveer on line and asked to resolve the issue soon.. Mr. Dharmveer promised to deliver car on tuesday at any cost. Now, we call to him and mr. Nishant but getting no response. Mr. Dharmveer says unable to deliver car it will take 5-6 days more. Is this service of hyundai company? I can never believe it. Getting back my car after getting irritated without getting repaired. Hope u will definitely enquire and arrange to resolve issue and asked dealer not to harass customer by this manner. Abhishek [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
