Hyundai Motor India — Tyre puncture and damaged the tyre

Dear sir, I purchased a car(Elite i20, Asta, Petrol) from Premium Hyundai, Balasore, Odisha at about 1month back.I would like to bring your kind notice to the following problems for remedial action pls:- 1).On 23rd Feb '2015, left rear tyre of my car punctured and damaged the tyre.So i complained along with tyre brg. the Good year reference No-Q[protected]/24/02/2015 with mentioning "we will confirm you the inspection date shortly"Hence, pls look in to it. 2) Before first free service the horn also not working which could not replaced in the service.due to non availability of spare Thanks Rajlaxmi Giri Mobile-[protected]
