Hyundai Motor India — Unnecessary Delay/Inappropriate Behavior

Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that I had given my car for accidental repair on[protected] and till date I have still not received my car back. The insurance was cleared 7 days ago and they had told me that they have already ordered the material. There are no updates from the dealer's end, and they give inappropriate answers like providing the General Manager's number & email, you can raise a complaint if you want to. Am facing huge inconvenience because of the same.
My family have been using Hyundai since the Year 2008 and have bought many Hyundai cars in these years but this is the first time I am facing this issue. I have already waited for 24 days and they are asking me to wait for another 8-10 days. I was planning to buy an i20 but I think I should rethink my decision.
