I have Purchased Accent Car from your Authorised Dealer of Ahmedabad M/s. Sharma & Co. Ashram Road. At the time of purchase of Accent the Sales Representative informed me about company fitted CNG Kit. Though the CNG Kit was available in the market at Rs.25000/30000 in the market I had opted for Company fitted kit at Rs.65000/-. It may be noted that without any accident the Filling Valve of CNG got Leaked. I was asked to replace the same at a cost of Rs.4050/. I have following questions. 1.Why are you permitting such a unreliable authorised Dealer who is nothing but Looting the Customer without any limitation. 2. I Request you to look in to matter and ask them to refund my money. 3. Thorough investigation is required by directly calling to customer for their services.
