I am Sandip Totala from Jalna, Maharashtra. I brought your New Verna car fluidic model in the month of March 2012 after waiting for SIX MONTHS. Since than I am facing lots of problem with your vehicle.
Firstly I faced the problem of rear suspension. After my several follow up with your authorized distributor Dhoot Motor, Aurangabad and several repairs my problem was left unsolved COMPLETELY. Still I do get huge noise of jump as soon as my car passes over very small stone or hole. This sound is not observed in any of other car of lower segments also.
Now second time before six months (don't remember date and you can tally it with my servicing history) I came to know that I will have to change my clutch plate. This again caused me 12000/- bill.
Now third major issue is My verna's MALFUNCTION light is on. Again I went to Dhoot motors. Mechanic over their says me that due to water, the sensor kit is damage and needs to be changed which again will cause me 12-14 thousand INR. Has company ever mentioned any where that use of water should be restricted to avoid damage of Sensor kit. I am not complaining for Dhoot Motors but your vehicle is itself problematic.
Please solve my following issue at earliest. If I am left unsolved this time also I Promise that I will never enter an Hyundai Showroom to buy Hyundai car Nor suggest any one to buy HYUNDAI CARS and will try to convinces and convey my complain to new customers which will again stop them from buying Hyundai car.
Also reaply me time you need to go through my quire after which I will be free to go in Consumers COURT. Was this information helpful? |
