I Nishant Singla resident of Sangria Mandi Dist Hanumangarh purchased one Hyundai Creta EX model (Diesel) bearing reg no HR 06 AW1355.
2. On 30.08.2022 i visited Raja Hyundai Bathinda-151001 to get the routine service of my car.
3. The technician of Raja Hyundai create some defect at the time of service of my car due to which heavy noice and knocking started in car. The service representative after resolving the problem asked me to drive the vehicle for 2-3 days and said the problem will be resolved automatically. But sorry to say the knocking problem of car remain as it was. Moreover, it is very sorry to say, i visited Raja Hyundai 3-4 times to get the problem resolved, but i was very surprised, no any job card was raised/opened by service officials. Now I am in doubt that any time the part of my car may be replaced as no any record regarding checking/testing of my car is available with Raja Hyundai.
4. Thereafter as per saying of Mr Ganesh GM i parked the car on 20.09.2022. Now its been more than 2-3 months no issue related to my car has been resolved, It presumes instead of resolving the issue the agency is experimenting on my car and now today as on 07.11.2022 when i talked to Mr Keshav Grover[protected] instead of resolving the problem he asked me to consult with Mahindra and Honda Motors as the same is common problem. I am really embarrassed this time being a customer of Hyundai Motors and by such an irresponsible reply at this level.
5. I already been very harassed by service providing by your company now this type of behavior of senior service representative has totally shocked me.
6. My I once again request to confirm the exact time that will take to return my car after resolving the problem and compensate for the expenditure and harassment faced by me for your negative attitude towards customer service and irresponsible behavior being representative of Hyundai motors limited.
