I had deposited my Hyundai SANTRO DL10CD 6759 on 30.08.2015 in Fortune Hyundai, Meerut for accidental repairing. they had committed to deliver the vehicle on Thursday (03.09.2015). During the deposit of my car I had asked Mr. Naveen (Body shop Incharge) regarding all required parts availability and he ensured that sir all these parts are under running parts and these are available with us. After that regularly I am following the status of repairing job. After so much follow-up on 04.09.2015 i come to know from Mr.Sharma GM-Service that Insurance provider agreed to adjust RR axle and Front damage. On 06.09.2015 i was informed that RR axle is not available with them so vehicle can't be ready by Monday. I am very much upset and don't know what to do, when i will get my car repaired.
