I am a ikall k900 4gb ram 64gb rom mobile worth 7000 rupees mobile purchaser on August 2021 at china boycott time. At that time I don't have much knowledge on mobile phones at that time I only saw ram and rom below 10k but when I purchased in Flipkart I didn't know return and replacement policy at that time and I experienced a worst experience within 2 days o[censored]sage and the mobile charging side paint is wiped off within 2 days and I put for replacement after 3 day of purchase the delivery boy come after a week and he said we won't take due to paint wipe off I requested a lot but no use and then I call to ikall customer care no one responds but after knowing about consumer rights today I want to get my money back so I request ikall team to accept my request my mail id [protected]@gmail.com
